Sutherland Libraries offer a wide range of activities and exhibits to celebrate Book Week in Scotland

High Life Highland Libraries offer a wide range of activities for literature lovers in Sutherland and across the Highlands this Book Week in Scotland.

The annual celebration of books and reading takes place across the country from November 15-21.

From Bettyhill to Brora, Julie Corcoran, Senior Director of High Life Highland Libraries, promises that the week will have something for everyone.

She said: “The theme for this year is celebration and with our libraries once again open to visitors, this is something we can all celebrate.

“We have book sales, author tours, arts and crafts activities and a free Book Week Scotland book for people throughout the week. “

High Life Highland Libraries are free to join, giving you access not only to physical books, magazines, newspapers and computers, but also thousands of titles through its online service.
