Resilience Lab Hires COO, GM and Growth Manager in Leadership Expansion

NEW YORK, August 17, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Resilience Laba mental health technology company enabling communities of clinicians to collaborate to improve outcomes and access, today announced three new additions to the leadership team, adding Patrick MorselliCEO, John Hambygeneral manager and Alyssa Lin, Head of Growth. Morselli will be responsible for managing strategic operations and executing plans for continued growth, Hamby will manage day-to-day operations, and Lin will ensure appropriate scaling and key talent acquisition.

The promotions of O’Beirne, Moorish and Hausmann further strengthen leadership and capabilities within the Resilience Lab, while highlighting the strength of the company’s internal mentorship and opportunities for growth. All three have played a role in Resilience Lab’s recent successes, and these promotions will give them a bigger role in the company’s next phase of growth.

These moves come as Resilience Lab focuses on strengthening its foundations, targeted growth and talent acquisition. The company recently announced that it has joined Humana as a network provider, in addition to United Healthcare, aligning it with two of the nation’s largest health insurers covering 19% of the US health insurance market.

The company plans to provide service in four more northeastern states by the end of the year.

Lin has over 15 years of experience in a variety of strategic management roles. She was previously Director of Portfolio Strategy for Airbnb Luxe, where she drove guest growth, quality, activation and retention.
