A state-of-the-art 20,000 square foot facility is expected to be fully operational by the end of 2022

PHOENIX , June 23, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Item 9 Labs Corp. (OTCQX: INLB) (the “Company”) – a vertically integrated cannabis dispensary franchisor and operator that manufactures premium, award-winning products – is pleased to announce today that its new 20,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art culture and laboratory facilities PahrumpNV (the “Nevada Facility”) is nearing completion and is expected to be fully operational by the end of 2022.

Main development and expansion of the Nevada facility began in early 2019 and progressed rapidly, particularly in the past year. Currently, Item 9 Labs Corp. is waiting for the water and electricity connections to be completed as well as the installation of air conditioning units and emergency generators. The Company works with the Town of Pahrump and Nye County finalize the certificate of occupancy.

When the grow and lab facility is finalized this fall, it will include: 4,450 square feet of flower operations space, 990 square feet of vegetation space, 400 square feet of clones, 300 square feet of for dry curing and 615 square feet for genetics. The facility also houses over 2,500 square feet of post-processing and laboratory space, as well as the possibility of a joint venture with 1,100 square feet of commercial kitchen space. The rest of the building is made up of ancillary rooms such as bathrooms, offices, changing rooms and rest rooms.
