Balwani never told Theranos lab director to lie, jury hears

By Bonnie Eslinger (April 22, 2022, 9:42 p.m. EDT) — A former Theranos lab director testified Friday in cross-examination in the criminal fraud trial of Ramesh “Sunny” Balwani that neither the beleaguered executive nor the ex-convict -CEO Elizabeth Holmes once told her to report an inaccurate blood test result.

Adam Rosendorff, who also testified as a government witness in Holmes’ fraud trial, was pressed by Balwani’s lawyer whether he would have allowed any inaccurate blood test results to be released as he was laboratory director at Theranos.
